 I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED? 
 

We ship from international distribution centres & factories, so please allow for 3 - 7 business days of production and processing time for your order to be launched onto delivery. Delivery duration varies, but on average takes 10-34 business days.  HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? 

Shipping depends on item dimensions you purchase with us. Dimensions include physical size, weight or a lifetime of a particular product (e.g. Hyper Growth Flower Seeds or other produce.) Shipping on our platform typically ranges from $2.95 to $29.00 depending on physical properties. Free promotional items may differ in shipping cost depending on the quantity of items you purchase.

 WHERE CAN I FIND THE SHIPPING COST OF AN ITEM? 

Shipping information for any item on our store will be displayed upon your checkout; either on our single page checkout or Shipping Information Step on our multi-page checkout.

 HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME? 
 

North American orders will be shipped via USPS, Canada PostFedEx, while International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment centre policies the product is from. All orders will be easily trackable here, with your tracking number or order details.

  • Average shipping time to any North American location is : 5 - 20 Business days.
  • Average shipping time to International locations is: 10 - 39 Business days.

There are circumstances that are out of our Company’s control (social strikes, stormy weather conditions, natural disasters, cultural celebrations, and etc.) which may cause shipping or processing postponement. While 99% of packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our courier companies may have to endure. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping companies, however we will closely track and inform each client in the rare case of such events.

 WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER? 

 
We collaborate with couriers to provide precise tracking information for every single order. Tracking will be available once your product is processed and launched into the delivery process. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centres around the world as our product research team only focuses on prime quality product manufacturers.

 I ORDERED MULTIPLE DIFFERENT ITEMS, WHY DID ONLY ONE ARRIVE? 

To ensure top quality manufacturing we work with different vendors located all around the world, therefore our couriers may begin certain deliveries earlier due to manufacturing and processing times for your convenience. There is absolutely no need to panic as your packages will be delivered, it just may be that they come at close but different times.

 I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WHAT IS HAPPENING? 

Kindly check your SPAM folder in your email to see if the confirmation email was wrongfully sent there. If you are still unable to find it after the specified processing time period [3-7 business days] please shoot us a line under "Contact Us" section. (Processing Times are found in Processing & Shipping Chart Or Shipping & Handling FAQ.)

 CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER & GET A REFUND? 

 
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty in the first 36 hours! You must cancel your order 36 hours after placing it into our system for our cancellation protocol to be applied. If your item has already been launched into shipping, please email our fulfillment team at support@housevariety.com immediately. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL" along with order number from the original email you used to place the order in the first place.

 I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS! 

 
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@housevariety.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within the first 36 hours.

 MY ARRIVED GOODS ARE DAMAGED: 

 
Our fulfillment teams
ship every item with caution & extra protective measures. However, our customers report that around 1 in 900 products arrive damaged due to courier services mishandling the items during transit.

If this happens to your wonderful goods, please contact us with:

    - Your order number.

    - A picture of the damaged product. {Must Be Included.}

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another item ABSOLUTELY FREE of charge, maybe even with a bonus ;).
