Q: What payment methods are available to me?

A: We accept all major credit cards through Stripe, industry known and Shopify powered payment system in addition to PayPal. No cash or check transactions are accepted by our policies.

Q: Can I cancel my order(s) & get a refund? 

A: You are able to cancel your order with no penalty in the first 36  hours! You must cancel your order 36 hours after placing it into our system for our cancellation protocol to be applied. If the item has already been launched into shipping, please email our fulfillment team at immediately. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL" along with the order number from the original email you used to place the order in the first place.

We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 36 hours window due to manufacturing reasons. Once your order is launched to manufacturing after 36 hours, it will be launched into our fulfillment lineup. Q: Do you offer a FULL refund if I hate the product?

A: Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you hate your item (Conditions Apply). Simply visit our returns & refund policy page for complete details. If you have any additional questions that have not been addressed in our General FAQ, please contact us at and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours. Q: How long would it take HouseVariety to send me refund money for my order?

A: Depending on the policies of the payment method, clients should be receiving their funds back within a week. 3 day minimum period and 7 day maximum period is due to our processing of client transactions. Once a client places an order with us, it takes 2-4 business days for us to receive the funds, therefore we use corporate funds to pursue product fulfillment on client’s behalf, however due to this wait period refund upon order cancelation within the first 4 business days may lead to a week wait.


Q: Is a secure website? Can I give you my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used as 'one-time only' piece of information upon your purchase, then your credit card information is purged from all our records.


Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply find the product you want and click the ' BUY NOW  /  Add To Cart ' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you!
